The Chef & His Journey

Chris has been cooking BBQ food for 15 years and has worked at multiple restaurants.  His greatest experience was working under Danny Myers in NYC.  He has helped people open restaurants and trained many kitchen employees along the way.  Chris is also classically trained and holds a culinary degree!  He is a husband and father to three sons and hopes that one day they will also have the same love for producing great BBQ food!  Chris is very big on customer service and satisfaction, this is why he decided to take a chance and start his own BBQ company.
